Use these 5 creative, free date ideas by themselves or combine them for the ultimate dating experience! Be careful though, there is such a thing as too much fun…
1. Hot Springs
Find out where the closest hot springs are. Pack a backpack with some essential s and hike to the springs and hang out there. If it is safe to swim in it, make sure to bring a bathing suite. Then, hike back. Watch out for hippies, they tend to hang out and swim in the nude. We at FreeCreativeDates.com do not suggest swimming in your birthday suite.
2. Be Famous for a Day at the Mall
Malls are a great place to pretend like you are famous. Dress up as crazy as you want and go to the mall together. Go to the most expensive stores and try on the most expensive rings. After trying on the most expensive, look at the clerk and say, “Don’t you have anything a bit nicer?” If you can, get two of your friends to dress in black suits and sunglasses and follow you wherever you go. People will think you are famous and they might want a picture with you.
3. Take an Online Personality Test
Plenty of websites offer free personality tests. Try www.emode.com. See what color you are (red, blue, yellow, rainbow, etc.) Many people have not taken one of these and tests, and it will be great to find out what type of person you are. For even more fun, we suggest taking an online IQ test right after that. There are lots of free site that offer free I.Q. tests (try iqtest.com or testcafe.com if she’s smarter than you have found a keeper.
4. Soap Carving Contest (may be combined with another date)
Get two bars of soap, any soap will do, and some knives. Carve away! For different colors and types get a few different brands. Original Dove bars work well. Try carving some animals, buildings, fish, a car, or even each other. Then you can take them home and use them. Of course, they might not be very comfortable, but don’t take our word for it.
5. Go Through Old Yearbooks
Find some old yearbooks and go through them. Laugh at old pictures of yourselves and tell stories about people you knew, clubs you were in, and stories about yourselves when you were kids. Read the comments that your friends wrote about you.
