How can come Latinas are least attracted in the eyes of white men but black women the most?

I live in Minnesota and we got lots of africans and latins here.
I never see for some reason latin latinas with white guys.
Mostly i see white guys hitting on black latinas.
White women usually are only attracted to Latin guys and never pay attention to black men,even the fat ones.
Why this?
Is because Latinas love only Latin [...]
